Reset Your Mindset!

Hi, I’m Jenn, a coach who helps fellow messy humans get unstuck, make boundaries that last, fix their relationship with money, declutter their spaces, stop people-pleasing, make friends as an adult, and figure out what’s next!

A smiling woman with short brown hair wearing a gray T-shirt, standing outdoors in front of a brick wall and a black metal fence.

You have the power to create an amazing life, you just forgot. No big deal!

I’ll help you figure out why you haven’t started writing your book, or keep saying yes when you want to say no, or have a hard time making friends as an adult, or how to stop feeling like you can’t relax for 5 minutes without feeling like you need to do laundry or clean the kitchen, or why your brain won’t STFU at 3am.

You’ll learn your brain is normal, and I’ll show you how to work with it instead of spinning your wheels getting nowhere. We’ll work as a team to get you unstuck, and moving in the direction you want to go by taking doable kitten steps.

No heroics or huge life-changes necessary, pinky promise!

You’re not broken and you’re not alone!

Thoughts are just sentences in your brain. And emotions are just sensations in your body. Everything starts with your thought - feeling - action loop. You can either be bossed around by the loop or you can be the boss of it. As your coach, I’ll help you be the boss of it - in a non-meany pants way.

I’m here to remind you of your awesomeness, cheer you on with the excitement of a Labrador Retriever, and help you turn the volume down on anxiety and all the things keeping you from being your favorite version of yourself.

We might not be a good fit if you’re looking for a quick fix, someone to tell you exactly what to do, or aren’t willing to put in some work.

It is easier than you think, and I’ll be with you every step of the way!

You’ve got this, Sunshine and I’ve always got your back!

My specialty is you, and your life!

I will help you use science-based information and tools that really work and you can use anywhere! You can even teach your kiddos or BFF’s!

They’ll help you take kitten steps (because that’s all you need) to change the trajectory of your life.

I’ll be your brain’s bullshit detector because we all need one - it’s really easy to believe the thoughts rollin’ around in our noggins.

I will be your cheerleader, we’ll celebrate all of your steps and wins because they add up!

Ready to create your favorite version of your life? I’m ready to help!
