When you see where your mind drifts throughout the day, you can start replacing these thoughts with ones that will support, motivate and empower you.

    On our weekly Zoom calls, we’ll talk about what’s on your mind and heart. Using neuroplasty (the fact our brains are designed to change) and body-based tools, we’ll examine what’s keeping you stuck in your life and how to get through it.

    Sometimes it’s the thing that brought you to me, others it’s the curveball that life threw at you since we talked. You’re always going to get support, guidance, information about your normal brain, new perspectives, and tools to help you show up for yourself in a way that feels good to you.

    • They’ve learned how their brain is normal and how to work with it instead of fighting it.

    • They don’t freak out anymore when they feel anxiety and it moves through them instead of paralyzing them.

    • They’re more comfortable saying no.

  • Therapy is amazing and everyone should go at some point! There is a lot of overlap between the two, and seeing both a therapist and a life coach will benefit your body, brain, and spirit.

    Therapy is often past-focused. Coaching with me is present, and future-focused. With compassion and non-judgment we’ll take a look-see at the patterns that got you where you are, decide where you’d like to go instead, and then get you there.

    Clients often tell me they feel lighter, freer, and less messed up after we’ve talked than when they leave a therapy session.

    I don’t work with folks with diagnoses of Borderline Personality Disorder, Schizophrenia, or Bipolar Disorder. I’m not a therapist, and I encourage you to seek a qualified professional if you have or think, you might have a serious disorder.
